Anita Skinner plays Denise Watson, an advertising execute who escapes death to become the sole survivor of an airplane crash. Recovering with not a scratch on her, she begins a relationship with her doctor, played by Kurt Johnson. Aside from dealing with bouts of depression, Denise starts to sense people watching her, she receives calls from a telepathic actress, and bodies begin to disappear from the morgue.

Model/Actress Brinke Stevens makes an appearance.
Features an actress (the little drowned girl Denise sees on the loading dock outside of the hospital) named Susan Jennifer Sullivan. It is unknown whether or not this is the same Susan Jennifer Sullivan from Friday the 13th part VII: The New Blood, though it is likely.
Much of the music in this film was also used in the 1974 film Devil Times Five
