Solace is the third album by the New Zealand post-rock band Jakob. It was released in New Zealand on September 11 2006.

The first single off the album is Safety in Numbers[1], which is available for download on the Midium Records MySpace page. A video for the song has been shot by Ed Davis, and is available at his website [2].
The second single will be Twice As Hard according to New Zealand On Air[3]. This song does not appear on the album. This may be a non-album song, or a mistake on the webpage.
