[edit] Not copyright free

This image was taken from the Knesset Web site. That site's copyright explicitly states: "Copyrights with regards to historical photographs It is prohibitted to copy or distribute an historical photograph, photographs or parts of a photograph, which appear in this site, in any form or by any means, including electronic or technical means, without written permission from the Government Press Office." [1]

I don't see an evidence of this being a PD image. I would argue that this famous image qualifies for {{HistoricPhoto}}. ←Humus sapiens ну? 04:05, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
Well, the Knesset copyright is pretty clear on this issue. I really don't see how you can violate it -- I don't know what Israel copyright law claims, but I assume that US Copyrights respect copyrights in Israel, too. Lokiloki 04:09, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
I am not a lawyer, but here's my take. Maybe this particllar file is from Knesset website but the historical image may be found in thousands of books, magazines, and webpages other than Knesset. We may remove this one and upload another one just like it. ←Humus sapiens ну? 04:17, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
