Tough question, Jim. You know my view - I think most of it is worth keeping, if only so people with similar issues can see some of the discussion and we can perhaps avoid re-inventing the wheel. That said, I think a summary of the Komeito part is in order, and the sections on Ichinen Sanzen; its been said more than once that the page needs reorkign - purhaps a summary of the key complaints and proposed solutions? I am sure a lot of the sarcasm and personal tête a tête can be removed, entertaining as it may be ;-]. My general approach? Summarize some key arguments and debates, so people at least know they've been discussed, and what the outcomes were...I think some of the doctrinal stuff could be maintained, or summarized, because these often led to better understanding...Very difficult task! But hope this is helpful. Feel free to delete my stuff - just don't castrate me, please. Clarification
 Nothing will be deleted. I will be moving some material (inactive discussions) to archive pages. They will be sub-pages of this one and can be accessed via links. The idea is analogous to clearing papers off your desk and sticking them into a drawer you can always retrieve them from if you need them. It will make this page smaller (as a computer file) and let it load faster. You can still comment on anything that's been moved, and if someone feels the necessity, they pull it out again. I won't be doing any editing or refactoring. I'll be undertaking this in the next few hours... Jersey_Jim 07:31, 9 December 2005 (UTC)
