Soils of Fate is a brutal death metal band from Sweden. The band was founded by Henrik Crantz and Magnus Lindvall in Märsta, outside Stockholm, in 1995. They are considered to be the first slam death metal band from Sweden, and even groundbreaking in Europe. On their second full-length album, Crime Syndicate, Kevin Talley learned the drum tracks in only three days.
