Soho House (club)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Soho House is a well-known private arts and media club in Greek Street, Soho, London, England . The club has branches in Notting Hill, and in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District. Membership is run by Sophie Siegal in London and Kenneth Sullivan in New York, respectfully.
According to USA Today the club is "so hip that it even makes it into the August 24 episode of trend arbiter Sex and the City — this time, sexpot Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall) wants to join the hipster hangout, of which guest-star Geri Halliwell already is a member."[1]
In England, membership is difficult to obtain and its members are mostly drawn from the media, arts and fashion industries. This extends to New York where the club is notorious for excluding members of the finance industry.
Future locations include Germany, West Hollywood, Chicago, and Miami.
