This image is claimed to be used under fair use because:

  1. It is used here for purely encyclopaedic and informational purposes.
  2. It does not harm the copyright owner commercially as it is intended for mass distribution.
  3. It is one of the few pictures available of the band in their most successfully period (1990-1991). While a public domain image has been located for the subject of the article, it does not adequately illustrate major points in the band's career that are discussed in the article.
  4. The image is of low resolution (220 × 165 pixels) and fairly low quality.
