[edit] Eclipses
Hi Tom - I've just been going through a few of the new stubs you've done for lunar eclipses. Good work, but I've got a couple of suggestions if you're going to make more of them... instead of adding {{stub}}, could you add either {{moon-stub}} or {{astronomy-stub}} to the bottom of the articles? It'll save a bit of re-editing later. Also, be careful with cut and paste - a couple of articles for eclipses in 2011 stated when they "occurred" (not when they will occur :) Cheers - and keep up the good work! Grutness...wha? 00:40, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks. In progress, hopefully not stubs for long, but appreciate the quick catches. SockPuppetForTomruen (talk) 00:41, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Apologies for incorrect edit
My apologies for this incorrect edit, and thanks for correcting it again. I'll change my regex so I don't 'fix' dates in links like that. Thanks Rjwilmsi (talk) 08:32, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
- No problem. I am curious about the Wikification of dates. Sometimes I'll add them, but it seems pretty useless. On a different side, adding lunar eclipse articles, I wasn't sure if it's a bad idea to link a dated event as a date, like August 28, 2007 versus second lunar eclipse of 2007 on August 28, 2007 or whatever. See WP:CSD#C1. It is a deletion criterion for categories that have been empty for more than four days. Cheers. --MZMcBride (talk) 21:43, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
