The McGreevey pic you uploaded was deleted before on replaceable-fairuse grounds. It is also not Federal work, but rather the copyright is owned by the state of NJ. I deleted it under G4 and G12 and reverted your change -- Y not? 20:52, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
