Talk:Socialist Alliance Democracy Platform

is anyone able to ad more stuff on the SA DP's new iniative to reform the alliance?

Response : The initiative you refer to is presumably that focussed on the 'Conference to Refound the Socialist Alliance' which took place on 12 November 2005. However, the conference was organised, not by the SADP, but by the Socialist Alliance (Provisional)(SA(P)). This is an important distinction, since the SA(P)'s leadership asserts that the SADP was dissolved on 9 April 2005. The latter claim is disputed by the other organisation which emerged from the split in the SADP, i.e the Democratic Socialist Alliance. A page on the Democratic Socialist Alliance has recently been added to Wikipedia, but one does not yet exist for the SA(P). Perhaps a representative of the SA(P) might create such a page and describe therein the motivation and outcome of the 12 November conference. John Pearson DSA Dec. 05 2005
