Socorro (Serula) is a census town in North Goa district in the Indian state of Goa.

As of 2001 India census[1], Socorro (Serula) had a population of 10,171. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Socorro (Serula) has an average literacy rate of 78%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 81%, and female literacy is 74%.
