Socialist Party of Peru (in Spanish: Partido Socialista del Perú) is a political party in Peru. It was founded in 1930 by Luciano Castillo y Colonna, through a split in the Peruvian Communist Party.
Today the party is led by Luis Mateo Muñoz. Its presidential candidate for the 2006 national election was Javier Diez Canseco. At the legislative elections held on 9 April 2006, the party won 1.2% of the popular vote but no seats in the Congress of the Republic.
