Yeah. So I removed that line about the petition being started. It had 20 signatures. Hardly notable, and hardly big enough to have made an impact towards anything.

She doesn't repeat the line "3 months and I'm still sober" like a prayer, she repeats "3months" over and over with different words after it each time. So, I'm taking it out and leave it out.

[edit] Not Cracking the Hot 100

Since this single is still on the charts shouldn't that statement about it being her second single not to crack the Hot 100 be left out until a new U.S. single is released and this one is offcially off the charts? 69.119.114.20 20:36, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Why - Never Again to Sober

I'm not sure where to put it in, but Kelly said an a recent interview ( http://www.kcemedia.com/recent.aspx 107.5 The River - Interview - Varlums - 6-14-07.mp3 ) that Sober was released so soon because she wanted to show the diversity of the album. That not all the songs were like NA. So if someone could put it in, that would be great. (FufuTofu 22:37, 14 June 2007 (UTC))

I added it to the article. --SuperSmash44 00:40, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Radio Edit

Can someone add in where the radio edit of sober can be found, it's not on itunes and I'm pretty sure it's not on youtube

This is it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJnJTyOCj_E . It's shorter by around 1 minute than the album version.

[edit] Three Months

I don't see why the fact that she says 'three months' thirteen times in the song is important enough to be mentioned. It's not really said that many times, considering the song is five and a half minutes long. Now, if she said it thirty times or something, then it might be a little strange (Like in N*Sync's 'Bye Bye Bye', where they say 'Bye' about 50 times), but thirteen is nothing. At least in the single edit, it seems like a mantra. It helps define the emotional content of the song. Wasted Time R 15:03, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Sober5.jpg

Image:Sober5.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Single Release Date?

A UK magazine, 'Shout', is claming that 'Sober' is to be release September 24th (http://www.kellypictures.net/albums/revistas/2007/Shout%20-%2016-29%20Agosto/04.jpg). Now, I was wondering if this is for the physical single or what? And also, 'Don't Wast Your Time' has been officially announced as the next single in UK, so why would a UK magazine have the release date for Sober (the North American single)? Is this release date for 'Sober' in America or UK (and if so, does that mean Sober is being released in UK also?), or both?

Yes, I'm confused here... XD --Sparkling Gray 02:12, 18 August 2007 (UTC)

Yes, it's the physical single. My December has been released digitally with all the songs so it has to be the physical format. However, I didn't know where the image was taken from. So, it seems its a UK magazine... yet Sony BMG has only confirmed the release of "Don't Waste Your Time" in the United Kingdom. It's more likely to be the release date in the United States since plans on "Sober" have been only made here. Bull Borgnine 01:41, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
