While this DVD cover image is copyrighted, I believe its use in the article is fair according to US copright law because: 1) This is an image from a DVD cover used to illustrate an article about the film and to provide critical commentary. 2) The image is low resolution and cannot be used commercially 3) The use of the image in the article does not interfere with the copyright owner's ability to sell the DVD; if anything it promotes the DVD. 4) No free replacements of this image are available
