鸡枞 (pronounced "jizong") is a mushroom grown in Yunnan province, China. Its scientific name is collybia albuminosa. It is almost entirely unknown in America except among those few who have seen a picture of a menu from a restaurant in Beijing in which the name of the mushroom was erroneously translated as Wikipedia.
