So Far From Real is the first album released since T.O.E. changed their name to Cauterize. Released in 2003, it would be the only album the band released on Wind-Up Records. The album spawned three singles, with only the first being released to any promotion. The first single "Something Beautiful" included a music video. The second and third singles respectively were "Killing Me" and "Choke", both of which were featured in the video game 1080 Avalanche. An independent music video was later released for "Choke". The band also gained popularity when the song "Shooting Stars" was featured in the movie Eurotrip, as well as on the feature's soundtrack.
