The article I wrote on Snuff Pop Inc. is very significant at least in Scandinavia. The band plays a very important role to the evolvement of the goth and new underground takes in Denmark. I hope that more people will join the expansion of this article in time. An article about Snuff Pop Inc. already exists on the danish wiki site, written by a few different people. There are other articles on wikipedia about rock bands not nearly as important as Snuff Pop Inc. An exclusion, to me, wouldn't make any sense. Furthermore, the founder of the band in question is a well-known artist in Denmark and founded the greatest existing alternative rock band in this country. I'm not experienced with article writing on wikipedia and will endeavour to improve the article soon. MadsOlsen (talk) 00:11, 9 December 2007 (UTC)MadsOlsen

Add this into the article, with sources --Haemo (talk) 03:37, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
How can I add into the article that any exclusion of it won't make sense? Isn't that off-topic in relation to an objective article about this music group? I mean, doesn't that belong on a talk page?

The impact of a band is relevant to an article about the band. If you can source it, add it to a "critical acclaim" section, or something --Haemo (talk) 22:05, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
Thanks. I'll find something other than physical magazine paper. :-) Out of curiosity. What makes a 'Danish band' article such as Sort Sol fill the bill? Snuff Pop Inc. together with several other Danish bands can be placed on the same footing as this band!? Where is the critical acclaim on this page? MadsOlsen (talk) 22:11, 22 December 2007 (UTC)

Not all articles are up to snuff — other stuff exists on Wikipedia, and not all of it is up to quality guidelines. What is important, however, is that the subject is notable. You'll note that this article is not going to be deleted anymore, since it appears to be notable. However, it still needs to be brought up to standards in the future, in case someone questions it. A good way to establish notability is to add a "Critical acclaim" or "Critical reception" section to an article where you quote some reviews or critics who have talked about the band, and their importance. See our band guidelines for more information. --Haemo (talk) 22:22, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
Would it make sense to link to my own scanned copies of any given physical magazines with relevant contents? MadsOlsen (talk) 22:34, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
Not necessary; just cite them using the templates provided. --Haemo (talk) 03:43, 25 December 2007 (UTC)

Snuff Pop Inc. played a huge role in the Scandinavian goth scene and also played a significant role on mp3.com. Do not remove this article please. Dimensionzero (talk) 01:39, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

The impact in Scandinavia is correct. However I don't know how a band would play a huge role on mp3.com. ? MadsOlsen (talk) 22:20, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
