The Image is entirely my personal property and none else can dictate terms on it, the question may arise how and when I have created this image, The note on this are: (1) the Image was taken using my Digital Camera make Mercury, (2) it was created on 20 March 2006 in a Goa hotel, (3) the Image also can be found in my personal website at the URL: http://snthakur.itgo.com/images/bapigoa.jpg (4) No other evidences is coming up in my mind to establish the fact that its my own image!!

I disagree with the proposed deletion of the article "Self Employment Scheme for Registered Unemployed (SESRU)", for the following mentioned reasons.

The stated reason for deletion of said article is inappropriate and of misusage of administrative power; where the same deletion does not clarify that how it deviates itself from the criteria for inclusion in the Wikipedia.

In the article I have conveyed my knowledge by providing factual information for those who desperately need it. I have accumulated this knowledge through dedicated practice which consumed many valuable years of mine where the same article clearly dealt with the constitutional objective and the implementation of prevailing State law. Such information is definitely going to be the proper content of any encyclopedia.

Also I firmly believe that the said article is unique in its nature as it is almost impossible to establish the same fact by others due to its rigorous nature. I had to spend almost 10 hard working years to gain relevant knowledge to write this article.

Unfortunately, instead of the article’s great worthiness, you have prejudicially deleted it, after its existence in Wikipedia for many days.

I firmly believe that a real encyclopedia must include such a unique and informative article by its own policy.

Regarding the deletion of Self Employment Scheme for Registered Unemployed (SESRU): while your knowledge and information are potentially useful, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. Therefore, all information here has to be verifiable, through the citation of a reliable published source. Personal expertise, no matter how compelling, is not acceptable as it constitutes original research. Also, the tone of articles needs to be neutral and encyclopedic, and accurately represent information published by reliable third-party sources. The article in question was not encyclopedic. I can move it into your userspace if you'd like to use it to build a more encyclopedic article, but at present it does not meet our standards for inclusion. I am sorry that I do not have the information you are seeking. I have been working on Kolkata neighbourhoods but not on streets. I believe there is a book on Kolkata streets by P.Thankappan Nair. I had not noticed that you had done the page on Raja Nabakrishna Street, since it was under another name. Anyway, it is a good start. However, I notice that you have not put in any inline references or for that matter you have not put in any references at all. Such material runs the risk of deletion at a future date. Earlier I also worked like that but now I work with full inline references, so that anybody wishing to verify what is written can do so. At present I am gathering all the information/ references about Shobhbazar and I intend to put it up within a few days, at most a week. Please have patience till then.
