What is wrong with this name? Please tell me, I am sure it would not be banned on any other website (I have used it other places with no problems) so I don't understand why you have banned it. Why can't I create a new one? --Snow White and the Seven Sins 08:51, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
I just read the rules and this does not seem to be fair:
"Please be sure that the account is a malicious impersonator ***before blocking it***; someone might choose a name similar to that of another user without any ill intent. If they are making legitimate edits, they should be told of the possible confusion and encouraged to change usernames."
"Care should be taken to unblock the user's IP address. To unblock the IP but not the username, wait until the user next tries to edit a page, and something like #1234 was blocked because they share an IP with OldUserName will appear at Special:Ipblocklist. Click "unblock" next to that number."
Is my name impersonating someone else? I shouldn't think so, unless you have a user called Snow White(??!) --Snow White and the Seven Sins 08:56, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

My apologies: I have now unblocked you -- you're right, your name is not offensive. We've had a lot of dodgy accounts created by vandals recently, and you got blocked by mistake. I am still blocked. This is pretty upsetting, if anyone can see this please unblock me.
