If you would like to use NPWatcher, put your name at the bottom of the list, in the form # {{user11|YOUR_USERNAME}}.

If you don't get a timely response, feel free to nag Martinp23, Snowolf or any administrator. As a guideline, you should have at least 500 edits and a clear understanding of the policy.

Any administrator can approve users (and himself) for NPWatcher: just add the user name(s) to this protected page in alphabetical order, inform the user(s) that the application has been processed (better with User:Martinp23/NPWatcher/Approval template).
