A snowdeck is a skateboard with a small ski under it. The ski under the deck replace the wheels under the deck on a skateboard. No fixations, feet are free like when skateboarding. Instead of bindings you have griptape or rubber on the surface of the deck .Most people thinks that a snowskate and a snowdeck is the same thing. The difference between the two is that the snowdeck has two major components and the snowskate have only one. A snowskate has a shape of a skateboard deck, but the shape is not exactely the same. The snowdeck have a skateboard deck the same as a sk8 and, it has a wide and bigger snowblade fixed under the deck by two boxes.
