The Snohomish County Explosion are an International Basketball League team. The team was based in Everett, Washington in 2007 and now in Monroe, Washington for the 2008 season and is the current IBL Western Division Champions.

On March 17, 2007, The Everett Explosion in its first season go 16-4 and win the International Basketball League (IBL) West Division. The Explosion sent three All-Stars to the IBL All Star Game. The first season for the Everett Explosion ended on a high note, being ranked number one in the nation by the Massey Ratings index. The Explosion is owned by Nathan Mumm CEO of Courtyard Media Group INC. Mumm also owns an IGFL Pro Football Team "Snohomish County Stallions, and a WOSL Soccer Team.
