I'm the former, and first, Bend, OR Municipal Airport Manager, having served the City of Bend from 2004 - 2007. Currently serve as the Deputy Director of the Missoula International Airport, Missoula, MT.

Born and raised in an aviation (military) family. West Point graduate with an undergraduate degree in engineering and Master's coursework completed in Organizational Development/Applied Behavioral Sciences. Military/civilian helicopter and fixed wing pilot with over 1300 hours flying time. Worked for the Federal Aviation - Airports Division for seven years, serving as the Oregon State Airports Engineer/Program Manager and as the Deputy Program Manager for the FAA Project Team during development/construction of the Denver International Airport. Love everything aviation.
