[edit] Stop sending me e-mail
I made no mistake. I reverted a self-serving, wildly imaginary semi-autobiographical edit containing delusions of grandeur from the article about Central Bucks West High School. You do not own the article; nobody does, and nobody needs to attend it in order to add information to it or remove vandalism from it. I welcomed you to Wikipedia, but you will find yourself unwelcome if you continue to vandalize it. Please stop, and I forbid you to send e-mail to me. If you have any valid complaints, express them on an editor's user page, where everybody can see them and judge them. Chris the speller 18:33, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Regarding your edits to Plumstead Township, Pennsylvania
This is a serious encyclopedia; please do not make joke edits to articles. --Mbc362 16:27, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Talk:Central Bucks West High School
With regards to your comments on Central Bucks West High School: Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on contributors; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. --Rkitko 03:58, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
- In regards to your reinstatement of the personal attacks at Talk:Central Bucks High School West and text you added at User talk:DrJoeOhrt:
- Please do not attack other editors. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
- Please also take note of the three revert rule. Cheers, --Rkitko (talk) 00:12, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

- It is apparent that you do not know much if anything about this school and I am asking you I the nicest way I can think of to please stop editing this page. You live in Washington, and unless you can prove that you know anything about the school, I am asking you to stop reverting my edits. If you do not like my comments on the discussion page, then just get over it. I wouldn’t react with such anger if you weren’t completely wrong about everything you have done to the page.—Preceding unsigned comment added by SnakeRunsCBWest (talk • contribs)

- Please review WP:OWN. My edits were of a stylistic nature to help the page conform to the Wikipedia manual of style. I also edited out a few things in order to make the article a bit more encyclopedic. You misunderstand my reaction. Wikipedia strictly forbids personal attacks. Read up on some of the Wikipedia policies or ask me questions about how you can become a productive contributor to our encyclopedia. Thanks, --Rkitko (talk) 02:34, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

- Are you qualified to edit this article? You still haven't convinced me that you are. You said you "edited out a few things in order to make the article a bit more encyclopedic", but in reality you removed important facts about the school. Do the reseach and you will find that CB West football holds a Pennsylvania record with 59 straight wins. They also have finished near the top of USATODAY.com's list of the top football teams in the nation many times in the 90's.( http://www.usatoday.com/sports/preps/football/year-by-year-rankings.htm ) You are following all the rules far to religiously and even the wikipedia pages say that any of the rules can be broken if it means that the article will be better.
- And as for the personal attacks, get over it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by SnakeRunsCBWest (talk • contribs) 02:06, 20 March 2007 (UTC).
- Anyone can edit any article. No one needs qualifications. As for the things I had removed, you'll note I said they were unencyclopedic without citations. Wikipedia policies suggest that information in doubt or information without citation can be moved to the talk page until citations are given. Now we can add the following sentence back:
- For many years Central Bucks West was regarded as one of the nation's top high school football programs.
- Though I would suggest a rewrite before placing it back in the article. Something like:
- This way, the sentence avoids weasel words (as I pointed out, regarded by whom? Now we have a citation that takes care of that question, but ranked is more accurate). And the article becomes more encyclopedic as we add citations! Thanks for supplying that. I'm going to go ahead and add it back to the page this way.
- Just a few more suggestions: Refrain from telling people to stop editing an article. Wikipedia articles are for anyone to edit. You do not own the CB West article. And also, remember to sign your name when writing on talk pages with four tildas (such as ~~~~). That will also produce the timestamp. Thanks! --Rkitko (talk) 05:30, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
