[edit] On the Whistle Register and it's catagory

It has been requested that requests to have artists verified be added in a specific manner within one section. It is generally polite and good procedure to follow those requests, and this will result in less frustration for all involved.

Although your own musical knowledge may let you say that an artist reaches a note, this cannot be used within articles as it counts as original research. Hence we need good quality references stating such things. The whistle register is a more difficult point again, since it is unclear from the article if being able to hit a certain high note means that the whistle register must be in use. Until this has been decided via concensus and references, the only allowable reference for the use of this must be a specific statement of use. LinaMishima 14:34, 13 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Warning

You have already been informed once about the need to verify any additions to any article, especially those on living people. There is an attempt on the Whilst register catagory talk page to define, via references, once and for all who should an should not be included.

Recient edits by you with no grounding have been reverted. Do not re-add the catagory without a reference. Your own musical knowledge will not suffice, as this will count as original research. LinaMishima 20:24, 14 August 2006 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism, and if you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. I'll bring the food 13:10, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

[1] that was blatant vandalism. I also think you may be a sock puppet. I will request a ban next time you edit maliciously. You have already been warned.--I'll bring the food 13:12, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Sabrinajohnston.jpg

Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Sabrinajohnston.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Jusjih 03:46, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 07:59, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
