This category is for a very common type of game, a top-down 2D game where the player has to control a snake or worm to eat food whilst avoiding crashing into itself, and usually into obstacles (e.g. walls or other snakes). Sometimes there are destructible obstacles (e.g. the enemy snake(s)), meaning of course that the player snake has one or more weapons (e.g. Laser Snaker).
