Snøfrisk

Snøfrisk (“Snow-Fresh”) is a Norwegian goat cheese made by Tine. It was introduced to the public in time for the 1994 Winter Olympics. The cheese is white and creamy, and soft enough to be used as a spread. It is sold in a triangular plastic packaging.
