I am a new user. I have written an original article which I am sure meets Wikipedia's notability and all other guidelines. I do not wish to discuss my article on this page. I do not know how to submit my article to Wikipedia. My article has been copyrighted by me. Because it contains some scientific figures which are not on my keyboard, I would like to submit the article to Wikipedia by fax. That is the only way that I will be sure and you can be sure that my article can be evaluated properly. I am very sure that Wikipedia will want to publish my article. I would like to converse through e-mail with a person who will be able to help me submit my article for consideration. I am not sure how this works with Wikipedia; I need help. In view of my special needs, mentioned above, I am asking for your kind consideration in this matter. Please respond.

I'm sorry, but articles cannot be submitted via fax or email in this manner. If you are sure that the article conforms to policy and guidelines, i.e., the subject has notability, cites sources that are reliable, third party references, does not contain original research, is neutrally written, and is encyclopedic, please feel free to create it yourself, or if you have a conflict of interest with the article's subject matter, consider submitting it to articles for creation instead, where a neutral editor can evaluate it.
