Smoth 007 (or James Bond) (b. 1983) is a Italian-New Zealand Wikipedian. Smoth 007 joined Wikipedia on November 16, 2004 after becoming fascinated by it. The first article he edited was Casbah followed by his first article, Aerolinee Itavia Flight 870 which was initially a mess because of his initial inexperience.

Smoth 007 was born and raised in Venice, Italy. He also was raised in Christchurch, New Zealand a few months a year. He attended high school in Mirano, Italy.
Since 2004, Smoth 007 has attended University of Canterbury. He is also a student at Christchurch Polytech where he studies Computer Science.
