Took out "Organizations such as The American Cancer Society [1], Centers for Disease Control and Prevention[2], US Department of Health and Human Services [3], and the Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago [4], have the responsibility of protecting the health of all Americans." from the beginning of the article.
