Smokey Brown

Smokey Brown is a minor, fictional character appearing in the Japanese manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 Jojo no kimyōna bōken?), by Hirohiko Araki. The character is portrayed as an ally of the protagonist.

Smokey is a young boy living in New York. Joseph saves him from brutal, racist policemen, and he sticks around long enough to watch the battle against Straizzo. He also shows up at the end of part 2 with Rudolph von Stroheim's cavalry. Smokey is possibly named after Smokey Robinson. He is initially shown with a pigtail in Volume 5, which mysteriously disappears in the rest of the series.

Smokey Brown is also an alias for officer O'Brien, outside Lancaster hall, Rose Street complex. (An apartment complex for the Pennsylvania College of Technology)
