Smoked Out Music Greatest Hits is a 2-Disc album by hip-hop group Three 6 Mafia. It is a collection of some of their greatest hits that were recorded before their first full length, Mystic Stylz, and also includes a previously unreleased song from the album CrazyNDaLazDayz. The tracks come from many different home made tapes by Three 6 Mafia, such as the Lord Infamous and DJ Paul series, the DJ Paul Killaman solo tapes, the Juicy J solo tapes, or the Smoked Out, Loced Out tape. Disc 1 is the regular version, and Disc 2 is Dragged & Chopped by DJ Black

It is noticable on the remastered version of Now I'm High,Really High Lil Fly verse has been removed but still contains samples of Smoked Out Loced Out on which Gangsta Blac still provides his vocals
