USJ 4 High School (locally known as Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan USJ 4 or simply SMK USJ 4) is a secondary school in USJ Subang Jaya, Selangor. It was established on 2000. It has two sessions : morning (form 3-5) and evening (form 1 & 2).

The Scout troop in this school is named the 131pj Flaming Phoenix Scout troop. It has experienced many things and most of the achievements this troop are paticipating in the 11th Malaysia Jamboree. It participates in various activities such as first aid courses, expeditions, camps , Campfires and much more.
