Smilovice  (Polish: Śmiłowice , German: Smilowitz) is a village in Frýdek-Místek District, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic, on the Ropičanka River. It has a population of 581 (2001 census), 26.4% of the population are the Poles.[1] It lies in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia. Prime Minister of Poland Jerzy Buzek was born here.

Christian festival XcamP takes place in Smilovice annually in July.
