Allsup's is a convenience store chain located in New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma. The stores offer fresh-cooked southwestern and southern foodstuffs, such as burritos, chimichangas, and fried chicken as well as other foods and traditional convenience store fare, including cigarettes, snacks, and sodas, and gasoline.
Allsup's was founded in 1956 by Lonnie and Barbara Allsup. The chain is headquartered in Clovis, New Mexico and rates as the state's number one privately-owned corporation. The Allsup's logo features a sun symbol nearly identical to the one seen on the New Mexico state flag.[citation needed]
