[edit] Help with Translation!?
Can you help translate this for me to swedish? Many thanks in advance!
The first railroad line in Albania was built in 1948 linking Tiranë with Durrës on the coast and Elbasan in the interior. The main ports are Durrës, Vlorë, Shëngjin, and Sarandë.
Albania has a somewhat limited telephone network. There is a fairly extensive broadcasting service, however, and television programming began in 1971. Newspaper circulation is quite limited. There is a state university at Tiranë.

[edit] Swedish Swimmers
Howdy! I've noticed that you've been creating a bunch of articles about swedish swimmers that fail to assert notability and lack context. Please review WP:BIO to get an idea of what's being looked for, and take a moment to read WP:CSD to see some of the other reasons so many of these have been deleted. [edit] Sports clubs established before 1850
Greetings and thanks for your work on the Category:Sports clubs by year of establishment. I noticed that you created several categories for sports clubs established before 1850 (eg Category:Sports clubs established in 1824). If you have a look in Category:Sports clubs by year of establishment you should see that there is Category:Sports clubs established before 1850 into which pre-1850 sports clubs should go. They should also go in the appropriate establishments category, eg Category:1824 establishments. There don't appear to be enough sports clubs established in each year to justify the creation to year-by-year categories. Obviously, if lots do end up in the Sports clubs established before 1850 category then we could revisit the cutoff point and make it 1840 or some other ealier date. By all means drop me a note on my talk page if you want to discuss this. Cheers. Greenshed 23:20, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
- I saw that afterwards so I moved the articles to the correct categories, but I couldn't delete the wrong ones. // SMARTSKAFT | ¿ 14:24, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
- No problem. You can follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion to nominate these categories for speedy deletion. Otherwise I will do it when I get around to it. Cheers. Greenshed 00:38, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on SK S02, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Steve (Slf67) talk 11:23, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Elitserien map
Really good map, I was thinking about adding one myself but had no idea of how to do one. But do you think it would be possible to replace the red dots with either a small logo or maybe add the team name behind the dot like on the map for Major League Soccer? --Krm500 10:01, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
- I don't think it's necessary, it would only be messy. The club names can be found by hovering over the club names anyway. // SMARTSKAFT | ¿ 14:52, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Sortkeys
I started a discussion at Template talk:Sortablename, since there seem to be a number of unconnected efforts to create sortkeys for sortable wikitables. ~ trialsanderrors 20:55, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] One week under our belt
Dear Smartskaft,
Thank you for being a member of WikiProject Swimming. For all of you that have helped in our first week, thank you so much. This has been a very hard week for us in the States, with the Virginia Tech event. This project has been a way for me to remove my mind from the terrible event. Thank you for helping out, and improving the project. Please keep the motivation going in the next few weeks, and try to recruit as many swimmers, divers, water dancers and polo players as you can. Be proud of your sport!
See you around the pool,

[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:Linkopings ASS logo.gif)
Thanks for uploading Image:Linkopings ASS logo.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 17:06, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] James Milner Career section
Not really asking for full feedback on this article (although I wouldn’t mind it). I’d just like to know what you feel the best way the divide up the Career section is, by Club, by season, not at all or some other way. Please leave your reply under the section in my talk page named “Milner Career section”. Buc 16:32, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] List of Swedish Swimming Championships champions
A {{prod}} template has been added to the article List of Swedish Swimming Championships champions, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please tag it with {{db-author}}. Appraiser 19:26, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
I have sent this article to AfD. Go ahead and weigh your opinion in there. --UsaSatsui 03:07, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Your maps
Hi there. It seems that you created quite a lot clickable maps of Sweden in various articles. I thought I would give you the heads-up that this could now be achieved in a much neater/cleaner way using mw:Extension:ImageMaps. At the same time, the {{click}} template currently required by the maps is being deprecated. I'm not sure how you went about creating the maps but maybe you would have a not-too-labour-intensive way of converting them into image maps.
If you do, the ideal way would be to create a lot of images of the map with dots on and then make those dots clickable with the ImageMaps extension. While you're at it, you should use an SVG format map such as Image:SWE-Map Rike.svg, rather than the current raster PNG version. Cheers! BigBlueFish (talk) 01:12, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
