The previous collaboration is long over... it's been on for a few months now. Most or all of the things you have to do, you can probably figure out from the Collaboration page, though it might take some poking around. The important parts are replacing the banners with the new appropriate ones, updating the the "current" subpage, and moving the old nomination into the "History" subpage; see the "Tools" section at the bottom of the Collaboration page. Any possible mistakes can be corrected, and you're not likely to anger anyone, even if it goes badly. Welcome to Wikipedia, by the way.
