Arun Arumuga Pandian becomes smartpandian when He created his third mail Id with Yahoo. It was when he was studying 12 th standard, he came to know about the story of smart while on session related to Performance. Is there anything special about the word smart. Yes. It was.. Here goes the story of smart..

Everyone knows about the good old saying "There is no substitute for Hardwork". It was not partly wrong.. Because there is a substitute for Hard work and that is known as smart work..

Once upon a time, In a remote vilage, there lived two guys named smart pandian and Hard Pandian. Each one of them was provided with an axe and a Tree with exactly same size. The Game is that, Each has to cuts their tree. One who cuts his tree first, is the winner.

The Game starts. Hard Pandian went to cut the tree with all his might .. while smart pandian was thinking smart and decided to sharpen his axe. After the first one hour.. Hard Pandian gets a bit tired while smartpandian was beginning to cut the tree with his sharpen axe. After two hours, smartpandian was done with cutting the tree.. while hard pandian was still finding hard to cut the tree. After ten hours, Hard Pandian completed his cutting the tree.

Hurrah, Smart pandian wins the game.. Hard pandian realised that its better to be smart pandian and it makes life easier. Always the difference between hard and smart way is very small. but it makes all the difference.
