Talk:Smallville (season 2)

[edit] Overview
The overview needs to be overhauled. As with the other seasons it contains too much information. It is like reading the episodes, only placed all together in one paragraph. It should only contain the major plot arcs for that season. Bignole 05:09, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Episode notability
Many or all of the existing individual episode pages for this series fail notability guidelines, including the notability guidelines for television episodes, and have been tagged accordingly. Might I suggest these articles are improved with real-world information from reliable sources to assert notability. Trivia, quotes and overly long plot summaries should be removed. You might consider merging any notable information onto the list of episodes or season pages. Otherwise, when these pages come up for review in fourteen days, they may be redirected, merged or deleted. If you want any help or further information, then come to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Television/Episode coverage. Thanks. BIGNOLE (Contact me) 13:47, 22 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Link Relevancy
I'm not quite sure what relevancy queer secrecy has to the Smallville TV series. This type of speculation isn't exactly relevant. I don't believe the queer secrecy links belong attached to the series. It might be relevant to the writer of the article, but I just don't see Matthew Shepard and Clark Kent in the same boat. Lastly, the linked article doesn't even have its ducks in a row. It features factual errors, including the repeated misspelling of Shepard's name as Shepherd. Does seeing Clark on a cross really lead queer viewers to think of Matthew Shepard? This article sounds more like one man's POV, trying to speak for the gay community. Relevant? .stevefdl
- It's called a literary analysis of the show. It doesn't matter if you don't like it, or if they get their "factual errors" wrong. It's additional information which cannot be implemented into the article in a sufficient manner, mainly because we don't have a themes section that will cover more than just one person's analysis of the show.
