[edit] Economics and natural capital

In one sense, economics is an issue here, however, natural capital is largely unaccounted for by economists and should also be included. On a sustainability level, economics are a grave consideration in fact. Let's get this party started. Nidara 21:10, 15 December 2005 (UTC)

I agree, also worth noting (not sure if i'm talking about the same thing) is accurate accounting for pollution. For example, currently agriculture does not pay the whole price of pollution. The cost is left to the consumer to pay. Although not through food prices, but through environmental damage. That is, we get cheaper food at the expense of the environment. - FrancisTyers 22:26, 15 December 2005 (UTC)
