[edit] Reference
There is a big literature on this topic, both in psychology and sociology. I added one basic sociological reference.

[edit] Related to Hawthorne studies?
I've been updating the Hawthorne effect and got to the bank wiring studies, where the researchers studied how a group of workers interacted. See http://www.analytictech.com/mb021/Hawthorne.html and http://www.analytictech.com/mb021/handouts/bank_wiring.htm for more info. Shouldn't this study be referenced in this article? I'm removing a promotional link to http://groopik.com -- not closely related to this article on social psychology. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Danielsteinbock (talk • contribs) 08:28, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
