Smart Village

Smart Village is a 600-acres ICT (Information & Communication Technology) Business-Park project in Egypt. It is located in Cairo metropolitan area, 20 minutes from downtown Cairo.

The Smart Village spreads over three Million square meters, allocating 10% to Buildings and 90% to landscaping. It is currently in progress, and when completed, will house 36,000 employees on 67 Office Buildings. It was founded to accommodate prominent Multinational and Local companies in the field of Telecommunications and Information Technologies while sharing the ground with the highest Governmental Authorities and Organizations in related fields. Companies have the option to rent, buy offices, or buy land; however, all buildings must comply with a specific architectural style code.
