SmartPAR

SmartPAR is a freeware file archiver application for Parchive file format for Microsoft Windows environments. The version of the Parchive format (PAR or PAR2) supported is not specified.

The author's last known website states that it (the web site) is obsolete. The forwarding address is a dead link.

Development of this project may have stalled in favor of the collaborative development project Parchive archive format and software.[1]
