SmartGlobe

SmartGlobe is an educational learning globe by Oregon Scientific. It is designed for ages 5 and up. The menu system is on a panel just below the globe. Users touch this with the SmartPen to make their choice. It is the first globe to have internet updateable content. As the globe is designed for people of all ages, this content is split into 3 age groups. Some of the activities available include Ultimate Challenge, Finding Countries/Continents.
In 2007 it won Educational Toy Of The Year award.
