Smaller and Smaller Circles is a crime fiction novel by Filipino writer F. H. Batacan. It centers on the investigation of a series of brutal killings of teenaged boys in the slums of Quezon City.
In 1999, the unpublished book won the grand prize in the English novel category of the Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature. It was published in 2002 by the University of the Philippines Press and subsequently won two more awards: the Manila Critics Circle National Book Award for fiction that same year, and the Madrigal-Gonzales Best First Book Award in 2003.
