smARTebusiness the online media and digital marketing company was started in 2002 by the Hammersley brothers. The initial work of the company was based in Stoke On Trent before they expanded to Oxford and Manchester.

smARTebusiness grew from a small roots helping local businessmen use the web to sell their products. smARTebusiness continued to grow in the early 2000's by taking on larger and larger companies. Most famous for their SMS work with Sport Relief smARTebusiness are still based in Manchester.

Today the amount of digital marketing companies is growing rapidly as more and more consumers gain access to the internet. The challenge for a digital marketing agency is to stay open minded and utilise new technology.
