SM City San Lazaro is a mall owned by SM Prime Holdings. It is located in Santa Cruz, Manila, this was the 2nd SM Supermall in the City of Manila after SM City Manila was opened in 2000. This was the former site which San Lazaro Hippodrome, a horse racetrack sits.

SM City San Lazaro was opened on July 2005 by SM founder, Henry Sy, and former Manila Mayor Lito Atienza.
