SM&A NASDAQ: WINS, founded in 1982, is a defense and aerospace consulting firm located in Newport Beach, California. The founder and Chairman of SM&A is Steven Myers. SM&A is the world’s largest provider of Competition Management services (business capture and proposal development) and Program Services (high value post-award program solutions). They provide business capture and proposal leadership, program management, systems engineering, and expert support to major industrial customers in the defense, homeland security, aerospace, information technology, telecommunications, healthcare, and professional services sectors.
