[edit] Obsolete mnemonic?
Most of the literature I've read on organophosphate poisoning uses SLUDGEM as the diagnostic mnemonic, salivation, lacrimation, urination, defecation/diarrhea, gastrointestinal cramping, emesis, muscle spasm. Some even use SLUDGEM-RA, adding respiratory distress and agitated mental state. Is this article drawing from an outdated source? I can't tell because there is no listed source, among other problems. --76.217.81.152 06:44, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
