Slough Brook

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Slough Brook is a narrow stream that runs through central Livingston, New Jersey. It is one of the many tributaries of the Passaic River. Today, this stream is surrounded by a residential area, and streets now cover what was now the course of the stream. Also, most of the water from this stream was drained to fill a small pond at the Livingston Memorial Park. The stream at its deepest point is no more than 6 inches (15 cm) deep.
